Coronach’s history

Collection

Coronach sits in southern Saskatchewan, close to the Canadian border with the United States. The Canadian Pacific Railway founded the town in 1926 and named it after Coronach, the horse that had just won The Derby in England that year. The town was officially incorporated in 1928.
